Products valued at $1000 and above qualify for FREE Shipping (Does not apply to Pizza Ovens). Products priced at $999 and below may incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery Service

Free freight delivery is provided for CURBSIDE delivery only. For White Glove delivery service, including room of choice and assembly, additional charges apply. Please contact us at sales@homegatheringcollection.com for White Glove delivery options.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Non-Made to Order Products

If a product is on back order or unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements. If products are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Made to Order Products

For made-to-order products, we confirm processing, manufacturing, and shipping time-frames with our vendors upon order receipt. After processing charges, we'll provide you with a delivery ETA and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that made-to-order goods and custom features are non-returnable.

Note: There are no returns on made-to-order goods. No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS.


If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify Home Gathering Collection within 24 hours. Home Gathering Collection is not responsible for incorrect or damaged packages and shipments 24 hours after they have been received.

Order Shipment

Products available for immediate shipment typically leave the warehouse for shipping within 1-3 business days via UPS, FedEx, or Freight Delivery, depending on size and availability.

  • Handling Time is approximately 1-3 business days
  • Transit Time is approximately 3-7 business days

Express shipping options are not available due to product size constraints. We will send you shipping and tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

International Orders

Our products are tailored for the United States market and may not meet other countries' electrical system standards. Shipping is typically limited to the lower 48 states of the US. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Products that are ready for shipping may require a handling time of 1-3 business days. Once handling is complete transit times will be approximately 3-7 business days. Some orders may take 2-16 weeks for end-to-end delivery. If the delivery time frame exceeds the advertised range, our customer service team will contact you for confirmation. We'll communicate any expedited delivery options during checkout.

Covid-19 Notice

Due to Covid-19, larger items and non-essentials may experience additional delays of several business days. This notice supersedes other notices herein.

Back-Ordered Items

Although we make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our website are in stock or show the item as marked as "Back-Ordered", occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. In the event of a back-ordered item, we'll promptly notify you of the situation and provide options for waiting, splitting the shipment, selecting a replacement, or canceling the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Upon receipt of your delivery, we strongly advise inspecting the packaging of your item(s) for any signs of damage. In the event of significant damages, particularly those indicating mishandling such as forklift damage, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately, within 24 hours. For minor damages, it's essential to note these on the delivery slip before signing for acceptance.

Should you fail to note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within the stipulated 24-hour period after delivery, you implicitly accept the product's condition as is, thereby rendering yourself ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. It's crucial to understand that failure to contact us within the specified time-frame may affect the manufacturer's willingness to provide replacement parts or support.

For prompt resolution of issues related to damaged packages or missing items from your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours at (877) 245-9242. We strongly recommend sending a follow-up email from the email associated with your Home Gathering Collection online account or purchase for your safety and records.

In the event that the incorrect product is delivered or the product you ordered arrives defective or damaged due to carrier mishandling, Home Gathering Collection assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs to ensure your receipt of a replacement item.

Rest assured, our team is dedicated to addressing any concerns regarding lost or damaged packages swiftly and efficiently. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Freight Shipping

For items classified as large or heavy, expect items to be shipped from the warehouse within 1-3 business days if the product is in stock. Expect transit times to be approximately 3-7 business days. Some regular and made-to-order items may require a longer processing time, ranging from 2 to 16 weeks end-to-end, contingent upon the specific product.

Our free freight shipping service extends to most physical addresses within the contiguous United States, with the exception of P.O. Boxes. This service entails curbside delivery only. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.

Upon scheduling delivery, the freight carrier will coordinate with you and lower the package to the ground at the curbside, typically at the end of your driveway. It's important to note that additional services, such as placement inside the home or package material removal, are not included but may be at the discretion of the delivery driver.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please ensure someone is present to receive the package and sign for it upon arrival. It's recommended to have additional assistance available, especially for larger or heavier items.

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you using the phone number provided with your order to arrange delivery. It's essential to verify the accuracy of your phone number to facilitate communication. In the event that the carrier is unable to reach you or schedule delivery, the item may be returned to us. Should this occur, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Please note that once the item has been shipped, requests for delayed shipping are prohibited. Any such requests will result in the item being returned to us, with associated return shipping fees deducted from the refunded amount.

Delivery Notice

Inspect packages before signing for delivery, especially for damaged items.

At Home Gathering Collection, we stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that preferences can change. That's why we offer a 30-day return window for items that are NOT Custom or Made to Order products.

General Return Policy

Our general return policy is that we do accept returns of defective and non-defective products that are not Custom or Made-to-Order products. To initiate a return, please ensure that you contact us within (24 hours) of your order. Once we reply with an approval and a designated warehouse address the item must arrive at the designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt or pickup of your order. We will help the customer with potential return methods and deduct the shipping costs from the refund if we set up the return but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility obtain a return label and to return the item using any method that will allow for the product to return within the 30 day window. Return methods may be mail, freight, Fed-Ex, UPS, others, or self-carry to drop-off at a drop-off location. The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. Items returned in something other than the original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or might be considered ineligible for a refund - this is up to the discretion of store management/ownership. Failure to provide notice within (24 hours) and arrival of the returned product within 30 days will result in the forfeiture of a refund. Our General Return Policy does not apply to: Pizza Ovens, Smokers, Video/TV Walls, Custom-Products, and Made to Order Products. — these items require special consideration and coordination with a Home Gathering Collection Support Team Member.

Please note, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and restocking costs for returned items. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected at the warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the return payment process.

*Important: To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories, with no visible signs of wear. Items showing wear or damage due to use will not be accepted for a refund.

NOTE: Please be aware that items approved for return will incur a restocking fee of up to 30% + return shipping costs.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Return Policy

Custom and made-to-order products including but not limited to Prefabricated BBQ Islands, Chicago Brick Oven Pizza Ovens, Yolo Televisions and Customized Cushions, are subject to the following conditions:

  • There are no returns or cancellations on custom made/made-to-order products.
  • If your product is damaged, see the damages policy below.
  • Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

 

Final Sale Item Policy

Some items are made or designated as a “Final Sale Item”. Any product that is made or designated as a “Final Sale Item” cannot be returned. All sales of this type are final. If a final sale item is damaged or missing any parts it will be treated as stated in the Damages section below.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-25 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Our general policy is that we do not accept exchanges. For a potential exception review process, you may contact us at sales@homegatheringcollection.com. Please Note that approvals of this type are not a common practice.

 

General Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, we understand, and we're here to assist you promptly. Please contact our customer service team within (24 hours) to initiate the cancellation process before your order leaves the warehouse to avoid unnecessary return shipping fees.

Orders that are canceled before shipment may incur additional charges. However, if an order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our 30-day return policy upon receipt. In such cases, return shipping costs will apply. Custom and Made-to-Order products do not qualify for General Cancellation. (Custom & Made-to-Order brands include: Chicago Brick Oven, YOLO TVs, Etc.)

 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

It's important to note that Custom and Made-to-Order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are crafted, and put into production specifically for your order’s specifications. Custom and Made-to-Order products are strictly non-refundable. (Custom & Made-to-Order brands include: Chicago Brick Oven, YOLO TVs, Etc.)

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged, please make a note of it immediately within (24 hours) when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@homegatheringcollection.com on the day of delivery. We will only cover the shipping costs for returning defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Retain all original packaging for items to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department before processing. We are committed to ensuring you receive undamaged products promptly. Products damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Failure to report damages within (24 hours) of delivery implies acceptance of the product's condition as is, rendering you ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. We cannot guarantee manufacturer coverage for replacement parts if damages are not reported within (24 hours).

 

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
